Here is a low fat recipe we made today. I shouldn't put it on here, cause I haven't made it for myself, but it turned out pretty okay for the kids, even with all the errors they made. They need some help reading directions sometimes.
Combine:
¾ cup flour
2 tbsp cocoa powder
¼ tsp baking soda
1/8 tsp salt
Set aside
In another bowl combine:
3 tbsp brown sugar
3 tbsp sugar
And slowly beat in:
1 tbsp + 1 tsp oil
Beat in:
2 tbsp applesauce
1 egg white
½ tsp vanilla
Blend until smooth.
Add the flour mixture and blend until dough is just combined.
Add ¼ cup chocolate chips. Spoon the dough into small 1 inch balls, place on
A lightly greased cookie sheet. Bake at 300 degrees for 17 minutes. Don’t over bake.
