Here is a simple recipe that goes over well. We can marinate the meat in only 10 minutes and with very few ingredients. I hope you like it as much as I do.
Juice of 1 lime
1/2 tsp pepper
1 tsp garlic salt
1 lb. chicken cut into strips
Place in large ziploc bag and mix together. Let sit for 10 to 15 minutes.
Saute in large sauce pan with a little bit of olive oil.
Serve with sauted peppers and onions, salsa, tortillas, cheese and any other item you would like to add.
The marinade also works well with skirt steak or flat iron steak.
