German Pancakes

Here is a recipe from my childhood. My mom made these for us all the time. I love them. This is the only time I love the edges. They are golden and crunchy and I love them. They are super easy, and can be made before you jump in the shower, and done by the time you are done. Enjoy!

German Pancakes

1 cube butter
1 cup milk
1 cup flour
6 eggs
1/2 tsp salt

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Put the cube of butter in a 9x13 pan. Place in the oven for about 5 minutes, until the butter is melted and bubbles. Do not let the butter burn. While the butter is melting, put milk, flour, eggs and salt in the blender. Blend on medium speed until smooth and bubbly. Remove the pan from the oven and pour the mixture into the hot pan. Place the pan in the oven and bake for about 30 minutes or until edges are puffed and brown.
