Tater Tot Breakfast Casserole

Ingredients
6 eggs
1 lb ground sausage
1 cup milk
16 oz. frozen tater tots
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper

Brown sausage well. Drain off excess grease. Place on the bottom of a 9x13 casserole dish. Mix eggs, milk and salt/pepper well. Pour over sausage mix. Spread 1 cup cheese on top and line with tater tots. Place the rest of the cheese on top. Cover and place in refrigerator over night. In the morning. Place in oven and turn on to 350 degrees F. To heat the pan and oven at the same time. Bake for 40 to 50 minutes till eggs are set.
