Tomato Gnocchi Soup

Tomato Gnocchi Soup

1 pkg (9 oz.) Gnocchi
2 can (10 3/4 oz.) Tomato Soup
2 c. vegetable broth
2 c. milk
2 c. half and half
1 c. cream
1/2 c. sundried tomatoes, diced small
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp dried basil
1/2 tsp salt
3/4 c. Parmesan cheese

Directions:
Cook Gnocchi according to package directions.
Meanwhile in a separate pot combine soup, broth, milk, cream and seasonings.
Heat through stirring frequently. Drain Gnocchi and add to the soup and add the parmesan.
You can also add sausage to it as well. 1 pound, browned well.
